Our Approach in Action

We work with all public K–12 schools in the greater New Orleans area to ensure that innovation benefits every student, not just a few.

We are currently supporting pilots across organizations serving 60% of students in New Orleans public schools.

These partners have student populations that are:

  • 85% Black or Hispanic

  • 84% Economically Disadvantaged, and

  • 15% Students with Disabilities

We focus on solutions that deepen learning, expand opportunity, and strengthen human connection. We support AI tools that:

  • Build on Tier-1, research-backed curriculum

  • Strengthen teacher–student relationships

  • Foster agency, curiosity, and belonging

  • Minimize screen time while maximizing engagement

  • Support adaptive leadership and change management

  • Champion AI tools co-designed and co-built with classroom educators

We’re proud to partner with AI for Equity to roll out training and cohorts in New Orleans. Through hands-on pilots, professional learning communities, and leadership cohorts, we help schools explore how AI can enhance learning and teaching across classrooms and networks.
